Domaine du Roujos spans 7 hectares of nature, just 4 km from Beaumont de Lomagne and 50 km northwest of Toulouse, on the edge of the Gers region. Gîte Ocre is set in a renovated barn and is one of three holiday homes on the estate, arranged around a heated pool. This spacious 140 m² house, furnished in local style and shaded by old plane trees, features French doors opening onto a large terrace and a covered veranda, both equipped with wooden garden furniture, sun loungers, and a barbecue. Ground floor: living room with dining area, lounge, fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, bathroom with shower and sink, separate WC. Upstairs: 30 m² mezzanine and attic/library/playroom. The house accommodates up to 5 guests and offers high-speed Wi-Fi, TV, coffee machine, and fans. Baby cot and high chair available on request. The estate provides step-free access, a children's playground, toys and books, shared washing machine, landscaped garden, and two on-site parking spaces. Beds are made on arrival, bed linen and final cleaning are included. Heated pool from June 1 to September 30. Bath and beach towels are available for an extra charge.

Located just 4 km from the medieval village of Beaumont de Lomagne in Tarn-et-Garonne, on the border of Gers and 50 km north of Toulouse, it offers a peaceful retreat. The Pastel gîte, once the caretaker’s house, sits next to the main residence but is separated by a workshop, ensuring your privacy. Pastel is authentically French and well-appointed, with a spacious terrace, wooden garden furniture, parasol, barbecue, and sun loungers—all set amidst nature. On the ground floor (30 m²), you’ll find an open-plan living area and kitchen, a bathroom with walk-in shower, and a wall-hung toilet. Upstairs are two large interconnecting bedrooms (25 m² each): the parents’ room has twin beds (160x200 cm), while the children’s room offers two single beds (2 x 90 cm) and a cot. There’s also a color TV, baby and children’s equipment, and a private barbecue. Guests at Pastel share access with the other two gîtes to a washing machine, playground with slide and swing, picnic tables, pétanque court, and the heated pool. Beds are made on arrival. Bed linen and final cleaning included. Heated pool open from June 1 to September 30. Towels and beach towels are available for an extra fee.
